Once an event is approved and posted, qualified officers see the shifts immediately. Same-week and same-day fills happen; earlier posts usually get stronger fill quality.

Vetted, identity-verified law-enforcement officers. Verification (including ID.me where required) is part of onboarding in the officer app — not a separate marketing page.

Claimed shifts are paid through illuno’s pay portal. The rate on the shift is the rate you work — no envelope handoff at the end of the night.

illuno carries insurance for jobs run through the platform as described in your agreement. You coordinate; we handle collection, disbursement, and coverage on those jobs.

Yes. Officers complete identity verification before they can take shifts. Credentials and eligibility follow the platform’s onboarding rules.

Shifts are documented on the platform — who worked, where, and for which hours — so you have a record for operations, incidents, or accounting without chasing paper.
