Professional room, professional presence.
Product launches, shareholder meetings, executive visits — security that reads as composed, not conspicuous.

Discreet by default
Officers who work corporate posts know the brief: visible enough to matter, quiet enough to disappear into the room.
Booked around the agenda
Load-in, doors, program, after-hours — set windows and headcounts per block instead of paying for a flat day rate.
One invoice for the file
Procurement gets a single itemized invoice with the full record of who worked, when, and at what rate.
How it works
Create. Approve. Fill.
01
Build against the agenda
Load-in at 6, doors at 9, program until 5, teardown after. Each block gets its own window and headcount. Submit for approval.
02
Approve cost and post
Coordinator sets rates. You approve the breakdown and post. Qualified officers claim shifts; you watch fill status.
03
Hand procurement the record
One itemized invoice per event: who, when, hours, rate. The file is audit-ready by default.
Common questions
Can officers work in business attire instead of uniform?
Post requirements are yours to set, including attire, subject to the officer’s agency policy on off-duty appearance. Specify what the event calls for and officers accept on those terms.
We need coverage for an executive visit on short notice. How fast can this work?
Once the event is approved and posted, qualified officers see the shifts immediately. Same-week and even same-day fills happen; sooner is always better.
Can we get similar coverage for a recurring board meeting?
Yes. Copy the prior event, set the new date, run approval if needed, and post. Officers who know the building often claim those shifts again.
