Staff the whole run at once

Create one event for a residency or festival weekend. Officers claim the nights they can work; you watch fills per night.

Real authority at the gate

Crowd pressure at doors reads differently when the uniform is real. Vetted officers de-escalate lines a t-shirt guard cannot.

Recurring shows, less rebuild

Copy a clean event for the next date. Same positions and windows, new calendar — without rebuilding the detail from scratch.

How it works

Create. Approve. Fill.

01

Build the show event

Venue, date, doors-to-close window, positions you need covered: gates, pit, green room, lot. Submit for coordinator approval.

02

Approve the rate, then post

Your coordinator sets the rate and cost. You approve, post to qualified officers, and watch fill status as shifts are claimed.

03

Run the night

Roster, arrival, and hours live on the platform. After the encore, the record and the invoice are already done.

Common questions

Can officers work inside the venue, not just the perimeter?

Yes. You define positions when you create the event: gate screening, pit line, backstage access, cash rooms, lots. Officers accept the shift as described.

What about multi-night runs and festivals?

Create the full run at once. Officers claim the nights they can work, and you track fills night by night on one event.

How far in advance should we post?

Earlier is better for fill quality, but same-week fills are normal. Once approved and posted, qualified officers see the shifts immediately.
